Planning sessions

You can create planning sessions by clicking thebutton in top right corner on the sessions page.

Timeline

On the timeline tab you can add activities to the session, which will be played in order. You can keep an eye on the estimated duration on the right as you're adding activities to get a rough idea of how long the session will take.

People

On the people tab you can add participants to the session. You can add up to 20 participants to a session. You can add participants by typing their email address and hitting enter or entering a comma.

You can choose to send an email to the participants you add, or you can send them a link to the session manually. The email they receive will contain the date and link to the session as well as the date and a calendar reminder.

Important: Emails will be sent once you hit "Schedule session" from the date picker. If the date of your session changes at some point, we will automatically re-send the email to the participants.

General

On the general tab you can choose to enable direct lobby access, which will allow participants to join the session without an email invitation. This option is turned on by default, but you can turn it off to only allow team mates to join the session, who are registreed in your account.

You can also choose to gather feedback after the session, which will prompt the participants to rate the games and the session. This feedback helps us improve the recommendations and create better experiences for you.

Branding

On the branding tab you can add set a custom session background and upload your own image that will be set as the background for this session, throughout all the games. If you're on the enterprise plan, you will be able to enable more customizations, such as a custom logo.
