Our core metrics
We're measuring four core metrics that we believe are important to get a sense of overall team happiness and how well everybody is working together.
Here's what we're looking at.
Collaboration
How well the team members are related to their team and work environment. How well they are able to solve problems together.
Familiarity
How well the team knows each other and facts about each other, in particular about the people they work with directly.
Recognition
How well team members are supported in development opportunities and recognized for their work by their peers and managers.
Fun
How much fun team members are having at work and how much they enjoy the activities they participate in. We also try to gague how we and the work environment can be improved.
Surveys help you measure how activities are received and how everybody feels.
We use surveys to measure how well activities are received by team members. We ask questions about how much fun they had, how well they were able to solve problems together and more.
