Insights

On the insights page, you can find all the metrics and insights that matter for team success. Our metrics are based on the four core areas that we focus on:

  • Collaboration: How effectively team members solve problems together
  • Familiarity: How well team members know each other beyond just their job titles
  • Recognition: How team members support and acknowledge each other's contributions
  • Fun: How much enjoyment team members find in their work and interactions

The metrics are always on a scale from 1-5 and are based on a fixed amount of past sessions and not a specific time period, so the frequency of sessions you run will not affect the metrics.

Metrics graph

The metrics graph shows the development of the metrics over time. It's also not affected by the frequency of sessions you run in a month, but rather compares your last sessions with the average of all sessions you have run.

Recommendations

The last part of the insights give you a set of statements that help you understand how your team is doing and what you can do to improve. For example you might get a statement like 'Your team excels in fun with a score of 1.4, but there's room for improvement in recognition activities'.

Now based on the tags of each activity you can plan your sessions to address the areas where your team needs improvement. There are also recommendations based on these same metrics when planning a session that actually suggest good activities for your team. More on that in the recommendations section.
