To provide our services, we use a small number of carefully selected third-party subprocessors who process personal data on our behalf. We've listed them below for transparency.

PostHog (EU)
Analytics & Product Intelligence
We use PostHog to understand how our customers use joyshift and to improve our product. PostHog helps us track feature usage, identify bugs, and make data-driven decisions. All data is processed within the European Union.
Cloudflare
Content Delivery & Security
We use Cloudflare to deliver content quickly and securely to our users. Cloudflare provides DDoS protection, CDN services, and other security features that help keep our application safe and performant.
Stripe
Payment Processing
We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions. Stripe handles all credit card information and ensures that transactions are secure and compliant with payment card industry standards.
Resend
Email Delivery
We use Resend to send transactional emails such as account notifications, password resets, and important updates about joyshift. Resend helps ensure that our emails are delivered reliably and securely.
Updates to Subprocessors
We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time. When we add a new subprocessor that will handle personal data, we will update this page and provide notice to our customers in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable data protection laws.
